Wednesday, January 25.... I didn't forget you!

Hello Everyone!!!
Sorry to leave you all hanging like I did... I need to at least finish my trip home before I take a break or start consolidating days.
This morning was an early one ~ Up about three in the morning so I could get my shower, some coffee, get checked out, grab a taxi, and make it to the airport by five. It never fails ~ I got the slowest taxi driver in all of Thailand. No worries though ~ I made my flight!
From Bangkok it is a United Airlines flight to the Tokyo airport (this is about a six hour flight)... I will have a very short stop in Tokyo, and then onto a plane bound for Seattle (another eight hour flight). From Seattle I will barely have time to grab some Starbucks and then onto a Prop Plane bound for Portland. I love it when the layovers are very minimal!
Time to get moving!!

Checking in at the Bangkok Airport ~ BKK.

The next three photos are all part of this cool artwork in the Bangkok airport.

One more shot ~ It was very long.

Bangkok airport has so many high end stores ~ Love it!

ARMANI ~ Love It!!

ROLEX ~ Now we are talking!!

Waiting at the gate to board the Spacecraft ~ Oops, I mean airplane (Almost blew my cover)!

Yes ~ Entertainment in the headrest!

Just in case you have never seen an airplane toilet ~ Now you have!

It wouldn't be complete without the sink!

Tired old me in the bathroom mirror...

Say goodbye to that one.

Following the guy who stepped in the green paint.

Found my gate here in Tokyo, and now I have a little time to kill.

I love airports that actually have shower service. I didn't have time, nor did I need to use one  on this trip, but I have used them in Seoul before. Excellent feature!!

As far as the shower goes, you just purchase a basket with all the toiletries and towel, and then go get a shower. When you are done you just leave the basket and towel behind. Nice, well kept private bathrooms with shower.

More Art ~ Love the Dragonflies ~ Hmmmm... Tattoo idea for the  Asian addition to my right arm.

The good old Oxygen bar!!

Passed a McDonald's.

Actually I stopped for coffee.

Throughout my blog I have complained about coffee prices, but the Japanese McDonald's  tops them all.... Not only was the little cup only filled half way, but it cost six bucks and taste like Crap!!

Okay, there's the Oxygen bar again... Getting closer.

Made it!

If I would have had more time I would have partaken in the Oxygen scene just for the experience. Each seat has three different flavors that you can randomly switch to.

Sunset in Tokyo ~ In just a few minutes we will board the plane and start chasing that sun.

Airplane Dinner.

Airplane Breakfast ~ It actually tastes better than it looks.

Still chasing the sun!

Seattle ~ USA!!!

As much as I like to travel, it is always good to be in the Great USA!!

The next few shots are for my Seattle Friends and Seahawk Fans!!

There you go Terry!!

Love it!!

Here comes Oregon!!

Almost there!

Landing in Portland.

Got picked up at the airport by my friend Marv, and he wanted to stop and get lunch. I had to splurge and have a Monster Sized American Burger with grilled onions! Thanks for lunch Marv!
As soon as I got to Salem it was off to the Gilbert House with Ziggy, his Mom (Corinna) and Dad (Rob), and Jocee (Auntie) for some educational fun.

I helped build a bunch of stuff here many years ago as a volunteer.
Very cool old houses.

There's Ziggy!!

This place has some pretty cool stuff!

Still shopping.

Making a big bubble.

Cool stuff here.

This bubble cube was very interesting!!

Amazing!!

I think that Ziggy liked the farm room most of all ~ He really liked it when the cow would Moo, but we couldn't figure out what triggered it.... It would just randomly Moo, and then he would run over there. You could also milk the cow if you wanted.

Getting ready for a show.

Ziggy, Rob, Jocee, and Corinna trying to put on a show.

Cruising!

I helped build that!!
What Squirrels???
Ahhhh... There is one now ~ And it is possessed ~ Just look at those eyes!!!

I strolled across the way to get a look at the river, and see where the water levels are at today since they just did have major flooding around these areas.
Still way high water!!
Okay everyone ~ After this it was back to the house for a very uneventful evening and some sleep.
The next few days will most likely be consolidated together into one blog since there really wont be a whole lot to blog about that anyone will really find to be interesting.
Thanks again for following!
Have a Great Positive Day!!!
